Celebrating the Season of Our Rising and Refreshment!

Psalm 105:1-15 KJV
1O give thanks unto the LORD; call upon his name: make known his deeds among the people. 2Sing unto him, sing psalms unto him: talk ye of all his wondrous works. 3Glory ye in his holy name: let the heart of them rejoice that seek the LORD. 4Seek the LORD, and his strength: seek his face evermore. 5Remember his marvellous works that he hath done; his wonders, and the judgments of his mouth; 6O ye seed of Abraham his servant, ye children of Jacob his chosen. 7He is the LORD our God: his judgments are in all the earth. 8He hath remembered his covenant for ever, the word which he commanded to a thousand generations.
9Which covenant he made with Abraham, and his oath unto Isaac; 10And confirmed the same unto Jacob for a law, and to Israel for an everlasting covenant: 11Saying, Unto thee will I give the land of Canaan, the lot of your inheritance: 12When they were but a few men in number; yea, very few, and strangers in it. 13When they went from one nation to another, from one kingdom to another people; 14He suffered no man to do them wrong: yea, he reproved kings for their sakes; 15Saying, Touch not mine anointed, and do my prophets no harm.

Welcome to May its our Month of Divine refreshment and Great Favor. a time to Rise up to reign continusly without any fall!

Isaiah 60:1-7 KJV
1Arise, shine; for thy light is come, and the glory of the LORD is risen upon thee. 2For, behold, the darkness shall cover the earth, and gross darkness the people: but the LORD shall arise upon thee, and his glory shall be seen upon thee. 3And the Gentiles shall come to thy light, and kings to the brightness of thy rising. 4Lift up thine eyes round about, and see: all they gather themselves together, they come to thee: thy sons shall come from far, and thy daughters shall be nursed at thy side. 5Then thou shalt see, and flow together, and thine heart shall fear, and be enlarged; because the abundance of the sea shall be converted unto thee, the forces of the Gentiles shall come unto thee. 6The multitude of camels shall cover thee, the dromedaries of Midian and Ephah; all they from Sheba shall come: they shall bring gold and incense; and they shall shew forth the praises of the LORD. 7All the flocks of Kedar shall be gathered together unto thee, the rams of Nebaioth shall minister unto thee: they shall come up with acceptance on mine altar, and I will glorify the house of my glory.

Introduction:
The season of rising and refreshment is a divine moment where God lifts His people from obscurity to prominence and renews their strength for the journey ahead. It is a time marked by favor, divine visitation, restoration, and empowerment.

Sermon Outline:

1. Divine Rising Begins with God's Visitation

Text: Isaiah 60:1
> "Arise, shine; for thy light is come, and the glory of the LORD is risen upon thee."

Rising starts when God’s light shines upon you.

Darkness represents stagnation, ignorance, and spiritual sleep.

The glory of the Lord awakens destiny and brings lifting.

2. God Refreshes the Weary and Revives the Faint

Isaiah 40:29-31 KJV
29He giveth power to the faint; and to them that have no might he increaseth strength. 30Even the youths shall faint and be weary, and the young men shall utterly fall: 31But they that wait upon the LORD shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; and they shall walk, and not faint.

Waiting on God brings supernatural renewal.

Strength for rising is released in the place of waiting.

3. Divine Refreshment Brings Restoration and Fruitfulness

Acts 3:19-21 KJV
19Repent ye therefore, and be converted, that your sins may be blotted out, when the times of refreshing shall come from the presence of the Lord; 20And he shall send Jesus Christ, which before was preached unto you: 21Whom the heaven must receive until the times of restitution of all things, which God hath spoken by the mouth of all his holy prophets since the world began.

Times of refreshing come from God's presence.

Refreshment is accompanied by restoration—God restores what was lost.

4. Rising Is a Product of God’s Exaltation

Psalm 75:6-7 KJV
6For promotion cometh neither from the east, nor from the west, nor from the south. 7But God is the judge: he putteth down one, and setteth up another. Rising is not by connection or strength, but by divine placement.

5. The Role of the Holy Spirit in Our Refreshing

John 7:37-39 KJV
37In the last day, that great day of the feast, Jesus stood and cried, saying, If any man thirst, let him come unto me, and drink. 38He that believeth on me, as the scripture hath said, out of his belly shall flow rivers of living water. 39(But this spake he of the Spirit, which they that believe on him should receive: for the Holy Ghost was not yet given; because that Jesus was not yet glorified).

The Holy Spirit is the river of life that brings inner refreshment and outward power.

Conclusion:

This is your season of rising! God is lifting you from the ashes and refreshing your soul. No more dryness. No more delay. The rivers of living water are flowing again. Step into it by faith, and you will experience divine lifting and heavenly refreshing.
